Roll out of 1035 multifunctional devices (MFDs) and various colour printers over the 900 sites
Implemented fleet management software to track fleet performance and efficiency
Introduced print management and retrieval software to create a pull-print environment
As part of the managed document service, specific applications were installed on the devices, aimed at improving security and document workflow for the organisation

Costs are standardised under one main contract, covering all areas of the print and IT infrastructure, reducing needless administration hours
The cost savings have been significant, with an expected 25% saving
Saint-Gobain met the initiatives set out in its print policy, helping to reduce excessive printing costs and paper usage
