Altodigital in the community

Living Our Values

Our people, clients and communities are at the heart of Altodigital, and the founding vision for our business. That's why we've developed strong partnerships and initiatives for making a positive impact in local communities. And we often find that our values align closely with the clients we work with, further reinforcing the strength of our partnership.

Over the years, we've invested in local youth initiatives and supported schools to prepare their young people for work, raised money for a range of deserving charities and more.

Global Impact

As part of the Xerox family, our collective impact is on a global scale with innovation targeting global issues and over 25,000 hours of volunteer time delivered annually. Recent initiatives include marking Earth Day with a worldwide litter pick as part of a month of volunteering, with $10 per hour per employee also donated to charitable causes.

Recognising Others

Our commitment to supporting local organisations and their communities extends to sponsorship of various events and initiatives.

We have sponsored events for NHS Trust partners including the United Lincolnshire Hospitals Staff Awards; Leeds Teaching Hospitals – ‘Time to Shine’ Awards; Wirral University Teaching Hospital – PROUD Awards; and the Southport and Ormskirk Hospital - ‘Pride’ Awards.’

Committed to Charity Fundraising

We love to get together to raise funds for good causes with employees voting on their preferred charity annually. Previous recipients have included the Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, raising money for a new specialist centre in Liverpool.

Donations are collected annually to deliver to local hospices for children and adults. In 2021 employees filled six giant bags with toys, and these were given to children at the Mary Stevens Hospice Christmas fair, another of our chosen charities.

Employee Inspired Initiatives

Altodigital people don't need encouragement to get involved in local causes. Leah and Vicky recently helped their local foodbank to sort contributions ready for distribution to collection points. "We were amazed by the volume of donations made by businesses, but also members of the public." explained Vicky. "We will happily return and support the team again in 2023."
