Every time a major account books a service call, our in-house service Management team will book the service call and an email is automatically sent to the account manager informing them of the severity of the call, contact names, dates and times etc.
Should the representative be away from the office, an SMS message is automatically sent to his mobile phone, stating the details outlined in the automatic email. How does it benefit you the Customer?
The sales representative assigned to your account, will get your call alerted to his email or mobile and can escalate on your behalf the call, so that you get the service that you require.
