Job no. 431 BID Management Executive - Based in either Liverpool or Midlands
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team to co-ordinate the formal bidding process of all Business Development activities in relevant markets. Working to strict deadlines, creative, strategic thinking aligned with a methodical approach and attention to detail are qualities essential for this role. A flair for bespoke bid writing and ability to present at board level is also required. Occasional travel and a competitive salary with an incentive bonus. Do you like engaging with customers, do you have excellent organisation skills? We currently have a vacancy as a Call Controller based at our Midlands Office – your main purpose will be to provide an effective and efficient call planning support to a team of field service engineers within a designated area. Proactively monitor all customer requests for service support through to resolution, maintaining first class levels of customer service through consistent levels of performance and achievement of service KPI’s. Proven customer service skills, good understanding of call centre systems, process and KPI’s along with outstanding communication skills are essential for this role. This is a full time permanent role.
