Job no. 336 New Business Sales Trainee - London
This position involves representing the company within a designated postcode area in identifying prospective customers, maximising sales opportunities and generating new business sales, by providing expert advice, guidance and support on the benefits and commercial viabilities of digital print and reprographic solutions.

Job no. 370 New Business Development Executive - London
Business Development Executives will be responsible for generating profitable income for the company by profiling and generating business introductions/leads through to qualified appointments through ‘inbound and outbound’ telecommunications with existing and potential customers to drive and support the continual growth of the sales function

Job no. 379 Field Technical Specialist - London
Working as a Field Technical Specialist will involve carrying out routine maintanence and emergency repair work on a range of photocopiers; MFDs and digital print equipment in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines. Another part of this role is to respond to customer breakdown calls to identify and resolve problems, as well as providing assistance and guidance to field technicians.

Job no. 382 Trainee Engineer - London
Working within a field-based environment, an Altodigital Trainee Engineer will be trained by a fully competent mentor to attend customer sites and carry out routine maintenance and emergency repair work on reprographic and multifunctional digital office equipment in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.

Job no. 452 Business Development Executive - Kingswinford
Have you sales experience in a Business to Business environment? Are you confident, determined, resilient, work well under pressure, enthusiastic, driven, have excellent communication skills?  If so, we have a great opportunity to join our sales team,  you will be responsible for generating profitable income for the company by profiling and generating business introductions/leads through to qualified appointments through ‘inbound and outbound’ telecommunications.  You will be working from a database of existing and prospective customer data, promoting and marketing company products, services and solutions.  Provide regular reports to management, showing daily and weekly progress of sales leads and forecasted GP. This is a full time, permanent role in our Sales Team.

Job no. 455 Field Technical Specialist - Leeds
Working within a field based environment, you will be dealing with technical escalations in relation to routine maintenance and emergency repair work on reprographic/multifunctional digital office equipment in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.  You will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, work well under pressure, with the ability to solve problems, be detail orientated and have first class time management and organisational skills.  We will require you to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and a thorough understanding of the print/IT industry, along with good mechanical and electronic knowledge.  This is a full time permanent position working from our Leeds office.

Job no. 458 Call Controller - Midlands
Do you like engaging with customers, do you have excellent organisational skills?  We currently have a vacancy as a Call Controller based at our Midlands Office – your main purpose will be to provide an effective and efficient call planning support to a team of field service engineers within a designated area.  Proactively monitor all customer requests for service support through to resolution, maintaining first class levels of customer service through consistent levels of performance and achievement of service KPI’s.  Proven customer service skills, good understanding of call centre systems, process and KPI’s along with outstanding communication skills are essential for this role.  This is a full time permanent role.

Working in our busy Marketing department, this role will be pivotal to delivering regular key communications to staff and stakeholders, in a planned, effective informative format.  You will be part of a team that is building a culture where internal communication is seen as fundamental and integral to the success of the organisation and its staff.  You will regularly liaise with designated internal personnel, and departments across the organisation with the ability to plan and evaluate relevant information to share with staff and stakeholders.  You will be expected to support the Marketing Department in the planning and execution of events and conferences, copy-writing, updating the company website and have a creative flair with regards to campaigns and raising the profile of the organisation.  We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, have a writing style that encapsulates a variety of audiences, you must be able to think creatively under pressure, work to tight deadlines and hold the ability to process and interpret complex information. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for a well organised Project Manager who will be Prince2 ® qualified (or equivalent) and demonstrate previous success gained within a similar IT / hardware project delivery environment.
You will possess exceptional communication skills at all levels and be a confident and dynamic communicator capable of supporting the bid/tender process and presentation stage and will have successfully delivered multiple high value projects.
The highest levels of customer satisfaction and service are paramount at all times. You will therefore need to demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal stakeholders, including Logistics, Sales, Service and Workshop teams, as well as with our external stakeholders and customers.  This is a permanent, full time role
